What Does Black Shadow On The Stomach X-ray Mean?

Hello what possible things could a shadow on the stomach represent. MRI I think. just admitted to hospital - pancreatic cancer ruled out at this stage. Also being treated for pulmonary edema - heart failure related - (2nd admittance) Stubborn family member - not divolging much last time or this.
