What Does Bleeding During Defecation Indicate?
Hi, I’m a 40 yr old black women who’s suffering from clinical depression and anxiety and ADD. I take abt 4-5 medications daily so I also suffer chronic constipation, lately I’ve been actually reaching into my anas canal to pull out bowel that is so small and hard, I do it for relief from the feeling of needing to go #2. As of the last week I have noticed blood coming out along with the bowel. Not a lot but enough to be worried. Can I be damaging my colon by digging into it to pull out bowel that is exhausting to push out?
