What Does Blood In Phlegm Indicate?

I am suffering from flu for atleast six months and I use spray Flixonase. Today I found blood while spitting as I don t have cough so it was something astonishing for me. I am also suffering from Hepatitis B. So it is difficult for me to understand whether bloody spitting is due to flu or there is something wrong with my liver.

Because of dry weather there may micro bleeding in throat. Which comes with sputum. When u try to cough out. !,,,,,,,, nd if severe non stop then may be pneumonia causing it. Try out qith antibiotics azithro 500 mg for 5 days . Steam. Analgesics. Avoid Air conditioner. Because its a sry air
