What Does Blood Pressure 130/80 Suggest?
I am a 62 year old female who recently lost 25 lbs. and exercise at least an hr 5 times a week. I take tamezapan (not sure of the mg) and would like to get off and see how my blood pressure is. What is your advice? My blood pressure this morning was 130/80.

bp of 130 / 80 is fine and temazepam is a sedative benzodiazepine not an antihypertensive. get rid of it slowly under monitoring on an addiction medicine specialist to avoid withdrawals.
