What Does Blood Result-SGPT-75IU/Lit,scanning Results-echogenic Foci Measures 4.2 Mm Noted In The Lower Pole Indicate?

my motherinlaws blood result - SGPT - 75IU/Lit Scanning results - echogenic foci measures 4.2 mm noted in the lower pole, right renal calculus left kidney midpole shows 2.3mm - left renel calculus Para aortic regions are obscured by bowel gas What is the problem of my motherinlaw. please advise me

Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports her SGPT is increased.She need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile.Further treatment can be done if needed.
She also has bilateral renal calculus.Right renal calculus measures 4.2mm and it is in lower pole.Left renal calculus measures 2.3 mm and it is in mid pole.Other findings like hydronephrosis is not mentioned.
She should consult urologist. Treatment depend upon symptoms and level of obstruction caused by calculus.
She should drink plenty of water.
