you have not mentioned the history of the patient, like age, sex etc. All I think from the reference level you have mentioned is the sex of the patient is female. And investigation is carried out for the anovulation. in that case level of prolactin is high which is the cause of the anovulation. reason may be pitutary adenoma. you have to treat the cause and your ovulation will start. thnx
