Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice

A viral infection commonly causes all of the symptoms that you mentioned and these symptoms can go on for more than 1 week.

However, if your daughter is getting more and more weak and not having any relief, especially if she has other symptoms such as neck stiffness, dizziness, sensitivity to light, or nausea then it is time to check in with a doctor again.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
