What Does Brown Tissue In The Urine Indicate?

Hi, The past week off and on I’ve noticed some brown, tissue-like flakes in my urine. Im a 29 yr old female. I’ve had a UTI once before, this seems different. I have no pain, no urgency, i feel like I’m completely emptying my bladder. I’m peeing more than usual because I’ve Been really focused on increasing my water intake, and adding lemon juice to my water which I’ve done for a year. I hadn’t drank lemon in water for about 2 wks because I forgot to get it and started again yesterday but this happened twice last week when I wasn’t drinking lemon water. Just a little concerned.. hoping you can help! Thank you!

The brown tissue in the urine indicates possible shedding of epithelial cells from the urinary bladder with or without associated vaginal infection.
