What Does Brown Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy Indicate?
Hi , I tested positive for chlamydia on Sunday , doctor called in the prescription and I took the at home 1 time regimen of azithromycin 1 gram . Today (Wednesday) I wiped and had a brown discharge . I also tested positive for vaginitis (BV) prior and took metronidazole for 5 days .. I m most likely 6 or 7 weeks pregnant could I be miscarrying ?

I prefer to give Erythromycin better than Azythromicine in pregnancy and Metronidazole ovula since cause less harm. Also there is no evidence that they cause abortion. The discharge you are experiencing may be due to infection. Anyway keep yourself under observation if it comes more and bloody and will cramps. At this point you should go to ER.
