My chest x-ray says there are inhomogeneous opacities within the lingula as well as right lower hemithorax medially as compared to previous. There may be a degree of associated atelectasis/scarring. There is again elevation of right hemidiaphragm.
There are some lung infiltrations in both lungs especially the lingula in left lung and right lung lower lobe with perhaps some slight collapse of the areas of lungs involved. There is pulling upwards of diaphragm on the right side. These findings need to be compared with an earlier chest X ray.

What Does Chest X Ray Report Mean?
