Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
It would be helpful to know some more details regarding your age, height, and weight.
How long have you had the chest pain?
Is the pain present constantly?
If not constant, what brings it on and how is it relieved?
Anginal pain is typically described as a pressing,
choking, or crushing pain in the chest. This pain may radiate to the jaw, shoulders, arm, or back.
In stable angina, a certain amount of exertion will bring on the pain and it may be relieved by rest.
In
unstable angina, there is no set pattern and the pain may appear anytime and may not always be relieved by rest.
From your symptoms what you are experiencing could either be due to gastric causes like
indigestion or due to cardiac causes.
It would be best for you to have a cardiac assessment done by a cardiologist.
In the meantime you can try these following measures:
Eat light food.
Include lots of vegetables and fruits in your diet.
Avoid oily, fried foods and excessive spice.
Walk for at least 20 minutes a day.
For
constipation, if severe take Isabgol Husk 1 tablespoon twice daily in a glass of water.
Wishing you good health,
Regards
