What Does Chest Pain Along With Low Fever Indicate?

My daughter is 9 and experiencing pain in her chest when she breathes. She also has a low grade fever. She was coughing hard enough in class today that her teacher asked her to bring cough drops. She isn t coughing now. All symptoms started this afternoon. She was fine yesterday and before school. She did have swimming lessons in school this morning. I went to watch and she showed no signs of illness. Could this all be related to the pool and should I get her checked out?

consult pulmunologist. for clinical examination of lung fields.control fever with tab crocin. pool water purity should be checked. stop taking bath in pool for some time.
