What does it mean if results of laboratory are the following? ( m 55 year old/female cholesterol is 3.69 mm0l/l (normale is 0-5.20) tryglycerides is 1.08 mm0l/l (normal is 0.0-1.69)direct HDLC is 1.45 mmol/l (normal range 00-1.03) LDL IS 1.75 mmol/l (normal 3.80-4.90)VLDL is 0.50 mm0l/l (normal range .05-1.04) AST is 30. U/L (normal is 14. - 36.) ALT is 36. U/L (normal 9.-52.)

Your laboratory report suggest that your lipidic profile is very good since all are in the normal range that they should be.So this means that you dont need to start on any medication but still we all need to take care of having a healthy diet as i suppose you have.
