Your laboratory report suggest that your lipidic profile is very good since all are in the normal range that they should be.So this means that you dont need to start on any medication but still we all need to take care of having a healthy diet as i suppose you have.
Ast and Alt are called transaminases and reflect the function of liver and they too are in the normal range.
