Welcome to health care magic.

.Your MRI scan reveals changes in the white matter with hyper intense lesions along the left periventricular white matter.
.And and microvascular chronic white matter ischemic changes noted.
.Which means there is occlusion in the small arteries present in the white matter.
.This is seen in age related patents as a normal findings.
.Also seen in the white matter diseases of the brain - if you had given your age it would have been helpful to help you better.
.There is no acute process seen in your scan, but take needful measures for controlling further progression of the disease. Good luck.
