What Does Constant Urge To Urinate Indicate?

I have been having the constant urge to urinate,but when i go hardly anything comes out. Also, after i urinate, i get a tingling sensation in the clitoris,kind of like a pleasurable sensation but not so since it happens everytime i urinate.No burning what so ever.what do i have? How do i make it go away?

Hi,

Can you mention your age? Any other symptoms like fever or abdominal pain? Is there any pain or discomfort while passing urine? Any discharge from vagina or itching? Frequent urge to urinate can suggest a urine infection, pin worm infestation or candidiasis (fungal infection) there.

If I were your treating doctor, after local examination to rule out candidiasis, I would go for a urine routine to look for urine infection. If this supports infection, we have to start antibiotics after sending urine culture. Candidiasis will respond to anti-fungal pessaries or creams. Your doctor will guide you
