sir i am a dibetic pataint my report is blod sugar rendom 87 bun 26.8 creatinine 1.3 Na 127 K 5.1 hematology report hemoglobin 8.8 tc 5590 Dc Neutrophils 45 lymphocyte 30 monocytes 10 eosinophil 15 platelets 130000 so i have a kidny problem

Yes you have some kidney problems and you have some othet problem also. Because your na level ia low so electrolyte disturbance is ther plus you have eosinophilia and slight high creatinine. You shoul consult physician and take treatment accordingly.
