What Does Development Of Klebsiella SPP On Urine Culture During Pregnancy Denote?
Good evening, my wife is 42 years old and is entering her 29th week of pregnancy. Her urine culture shows development of Klebsiella SPP of 500,000. This after a urine test on the 3rd of May when it was 300,000 AND after 6 days on Augmentin min dosaggio.

As on culture it is Klebsiella Infection and you already on antibiotics. I think antibiotics were started as per sensitivity report.
So, I will suggest continue antibiotics as advised and complete as scheduled. Drink plenty of fluids.
You can take syrup Cital after consultation. I will suggest you review here with detailed history or consult with gynecologist.
