What Does Diarrhea Along With Chills And Cold Feet Indicate?

I hade diarrhea have since 7:00 AM, chills, cold feet & hands. I had too much to eat yesterday, not sure if this caused it. Have minor ache in my right side front & back. I have been diagonzed with diverticulous but never had any reactions ot infections that I know of.

Recurrent infections are common during diverticulitis. All the symptoms described above can be due to acute infection and can be treated with antibiotics like amoxicillin, ofloxacin, levofloxacin, gentamycin, and etcetera. A course of antibiotic has to be taken in order to get full relief.
