hi doctor, my father had got echo test done and the reprt shows IHD, MILD MR, DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION GRADE I AND LV RWMA IN RCA TERRITORY WITH LVEF 50% what does this means and how serious is the condition He is a diabetic patients and had heaviness in heart after which doctor asked hin to get the test done

The interpretation of ECG report is as follows:
The mitral valves or the left atrio-ventricular valve has been compromised.
There is little backflow of blood from left ventricle to left artium.
The backflow is compromising the amount of blood which is pumped from left heart to aorta and then to whole baody.
You need to consult your cardiologist with report.
Further management will be primarily conservative.
