What Does Diffuse Desiccated Annular Bulge And Degenerative Changes At C6-C7 Mean?

Hi. I received an MRI report that states: C6-C7 level: Diffuse desiccated annular bulge. Severe disc space narrowing. Marginal osteophytes. Asymmetric broad-based focal disc herniation seen in the left posterior lateral aspect encroaching on the dural sac and slightly deforming the anterior aspect of the cervical cord at that level. Discogenic changes of the marrow of the end plates. The findings are causing asymmetric central spinal stemosis but no foraminal stemosis at this level. Facets are unremarkable. Conclusion: At C6-C7, there is diffuse desiccated annular bulge and degenerative changes with a superimposed symmetric focal disc herniation or C6-C7 posterior left aspect with encroachment of the dural sac and cord at that level with moderate asymmetric central stenosis.
