What Does Dizziness Along With Numbness In The Arms And Legs Indicate?

I am a 40 year old female in fairly good shape. I eat right and exercise regularly. Last night, I experienced severe dizziness following my workout. It was accompanied by numbness and tingling in my arms and legs, most prominently in my hands and feet (on both sides of my body). Today, I am still a bit dizzy and have less tingling, but still some in both hands and feet.

Hi

Greetings from HealthcareMagic!

Your summary of complaint is tingling and numbness of hands and foot. As you got symptoms suddenly, it is not due to any chronic disease (autoimmune disease or infections). Other causes may be due to alcohol, any toxins, acute infection or vitamin deficiency. As you are not having fever, infection can be ruled out.
Most probably it can be due to toxins or vitamin deficiency.

So take care food and start B complex vitamins.(vit B12)
