What Does Dry And Itchy Patch Of Skin On The Shin Indicate?
I have a patch of dry itchy skin on my shins. i thought it was just dry skin during the winter, but it has little bubbles and it seems to be spreading. i have also noticed once in awhile a similar spot on my elbows. I have looks at psoriasis and shingles and the pictures are more similar to shingles. what do i need to do to be treating this?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to combined bacterial and fungal skin infection. If you send a picture of the lesion then it will be more helpful. In such case using fusidic acid cream for local application and an oral antibiotic like Co-amoxiclav will be helpful.
