Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Very likely the blood pressure and headaches are not related or if they are related it is the headache that contributes to reaction from your body to pain and elevated blood pressure.

It is important to regularly take the blood pressure medications the doctor might have prescribed and make sure you keep a healthy lifestyle (no smoking, small alcohol consumption, fruit and vegetables in diet, avoid too much salt and exercise regularly and walk during the day).
As for the dent on the scalp generally there is no need for CT or MRI as they will not show more information than free eye examination and palpation (touch). A visit with the doctor should be able to determine its nature. The only way this dent can be related to headaches is due to the tension of the muscles that attach in the area. Using paracetamol and ibuprofen will be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
Antoneta Zotaj, MD
