My cholesterol went from 220 to 297 in a 6 month period. My Triglycerides went from 240 to 880 I eat smoothies, leave out sugar, use fruits (fresh and frozen) and veggies. I limit breads grains. I am concerned with pancreatitis with Trigs this high. What is your advise? Thanks Royella Smith

Based on the report you have furnished, you cholesterol level is definitely high along with extremely high levels of triglycerides. High triglycerides is a risk factor for pancreatic diseases. You would require a clinical evaluation and the levels need to be brought down by means of proper diet, regular exercise, proper medications and regular follow-up.
