According the report posted, there is raised globulins above normal range the elevated globulins may be Alpha,or gamma commonly will be gamma,amd is of two types monoclonal proliferation or polyclonal. you need to undergo serum protein electrophoresis that will show next step in evaluation. if you have any joint pains kindly inform doctor.. No specific medication is required right now but blood test SPEP is required. and it is unlikey due to isotrenitoin..
