What Does Endometrities With Tubal Spasms In A Displaced Uterus Finding In A Hysterosalpingogram Mean?

HSG The uterus is displaced to the left. The uterine cavity is normal in size but the surface are irregular with few linear filling defect within the cavity The left tube is opacities and of normal calibre while the right is not opacities There is no peritoneal spillage on either side of the pelvis Conclusion: endometrities with tubal spasms. Question: is this report OK and what should I do
