My name is Archana, my age is 32 yrs, I am suffering with Thyroid from last 4 years, I got married in DEC 2011. Now i got CT Scan report that i am suffering from enlarged bilateral ovaries with multiple small follicles within. What is it can u pls explain?

According to reports you may have bilateral polycystic ovarian disease(PCOD).It is suggested by enlarged both ovaries and multiple small follicles within it.
PCOD should be confirmed by clinical correlation and biochemical markers like hormonal assay for PCOD.
PCOD is a curable disease and mostly it is treated by medicines.Surgical intervention is required in very few cases.
