Your urine test report is absolutely normal.
Epithelial cells are normally found in urine.It is secreted from epithelial linings of urogenital tract.
It is good that there are no WBC or RBC present in urine.
Mucus threads and amorphous sediments are normally found in urine.
It is important to know reasons for investigations.Your findings need clinical correlation.
