hello sir,
welcome to healthcaremagic,
there are two points in this report which is not normal,
firstly the presence of plenty of pus cells,
secondly the presence of motile bacilli.,
urine as such is a sterile body fluid. so the presence of bacilli and pus cells definitely indicates infection.
we should wait for the culture and sensitivity report of urine to confirm the microorganism causing the infection plus the report will also give a clear picture of which all antibiotics the microorganism is susceptible to. This will help the doctor incharge to correctly prescribe the antibiotic which will take care of the infection.
urine infection is very common in first three months of
pregnancy.
with proper treatment there should not be any chances of any further complication.
but with no treatment and if the infection persists for a long time, there is high chances of premature delivery , and
low birth weight of the baby.
do take proper care and medicine.
wishing you and your family good health.
