What Does Fatigue Along With Backache And Weakness In The Legs Indicate?

Hello sir, I have severe physical problems such as regular pain n sensentionlessness, weakness, cold intolrence in my thighs, back pain, long standing disability, discomfort while climbing stairs, strengthlessness in both of my legs n others for a long time. Shall I be eligible for Physical Disability Certificate, if I apply and what kinds of proceedure shall I go through?

You can take Cefadroxil twice daily for five days, take Omeprazole twice a day for five days, take Paracetamol and Aceclofenac combination twice a day for five days, do physiotherapy.
