What Does Fatigue, Nausea, Stomach Cramps With Metallic Taste In Mouth Followed By Short Periods Indicate?

We are ttc and have one previous pregnancy 3 years ago. My cycle is like clockwork but this month, 8 days after intercourse i started feeling very tired, nauseous, had crampy pain in lower abdo and a metallic taste in my mouth. Period was 1 day early and lasted 2 days, normally lasts 4-5days (was normal but had a couple small clots). Since my period i have had a pins and needles feeling in my lower abdo, test was negative. Please help it is driving me mad!

Hello ma'am and welcome.

As you have seen your period pregnancy is ruled out and a possible hormonal imbalance may be suspected. I would recommend a visit to your doctor and an elaborate evaluation to find the cause. As of now only a hormonal imbalance may be predicted, but the cause for this will have to be found.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
