Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your husband's report suggests fibro hazy opacities in both upper lungs. It may be sequel of past infection or low grade infection.
It is difficult to determine low grade infection present inside the lesion.
It is important to rule out infective etiology.
He need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
Apico-lordotic view should be taken to properly visualize apical areas.

Hope I have answered your question.
Take Care
