What Does Fibrohazed Density In Right Upper Lung Mean?

hi gud am, in my apicolordotic view they seen a fibrihozed density in right upper lung ,heart is not enlarged,diaphragm bony thorax and costrophrenic are unremarkable? what do you mean by this result?what are the medecine that i need to take? i have no medical history about TB.

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, your current chest x ray is suggestive of scarred lesion from previous infection like Pneumonia or TB .Since you never had TB , then most probably it is because of pneumonia that you must have suffered in past.
Any lung insult whether TB or pneumonia heal with treatment.
Healing occurs in following ways.
1. Fibrosis (most common).
2. Calcification
3. Rarely Complete resolution.
So your current chest x ray is showing, fibrotic lesions and these are nothing but old, healed, inactive, scar lesions.
So no need to take any drugs again because you are not having an active infection.
