What Does Flattening Of T-waves In 12,13 AVt R/o Inferior Wall Ischemia Or Non Specific ST-T Changes Indicate?
I want to ask about the result of my ECG. the interpretation is: Flattening of t-waves in l2,l3 AVt r/o Inferior wall ischemia or non specific ST-T changes. suggestion: 2d-echo with Doppler to confirm above findings. my question is What is inferior wall ischemia?
Hi Thanks for your query Inferior wall ischemia means a reduced blood supply to muscles of the lower portion of the heart. It can occur if the artery supplying blood is narrowed due to atherosclerosis. The findings on ECG need to be confirmed by doing a stress test and a 2 D Echo. Hope this helps Good luck
