What Does Fluctuating Blood Pressure Indicate?

What does it mean to have fluctuating blood pressure from 100/57 pulse 57 to 180/110 pulse 75 and lately with BP of 162/85 pulse 95 and 129/85 pulse 105 and 138/100 pulse 105. Could this be an indicator of some problem with the mechanism of the heart. Have had some chest discomfort relieved with nitro.
