What Does Fluid In Lungs Indicate?

I am recuperating from pneumonia in my lower right lung. My latest Xray is still showing a little fluid and a bunching of my right lung and left lung, more prominent in right. The radiologist called it atelectasis. My Dr. said it is a common side effect after pneumonia. They have ordered a CT Scan to get a better look. I was hospitalized for 3 days and still get tired easily. When I get tired I feel pain or discomfort in my lungs. THe Dr. is having me breath/exhale deeply once an hour 3 times and coughing on the last exhale. My CT Scan is scheduled for Monday 2/2/. Should I be worried about the pain/discomfort after exhertion & my day progressing?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
if the things donot become clear even after CT scan, then you should go for a biomedical as well as histopathological examination of lung fluid for reaching the final diagnosis.
