Family history of endomitriosis, ovarian cancer & fibroid tumors.
Recent uterus biopsy normal.
Pelvic ultrasound findings:
Uterus: 1.7 cm hypoechoic lesion projects into the endometrium. This could be a polypoid lesion in the endometrial canal or submucosal fibroid. Endometrium measures 1.6 cm. Uterus measures 11.4 x 4.8 x 6.3 cm.
Right Ovary: Negative.
Left Ovary: Negative.

Thank you.

Welcome to Health care magic.

1.Your report says that there is a lesion in the endometrial cavity.
2.It could be endometrial origin - polyp
3.It can be fibroid from the myometrium projecting in to the endometrial cavity.
4.But definitive diagnosis will be after a biopsy from the lesion.
5.Trace of free fluids seen in inflammation reaction.
6. Rest of the report appears normal.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
