What causes 'free fluid' & what is a normal sized uterus?
Thank you.
1.Your report says that there is a lesion in the endometrial cavity. 2.It could be endometrial origin - polyp 3.It can be fibroid from the myometrium projecting in to the endometrial cavity. 4.But definitive diagnosis will be after a biopsy from the lesion. 5.Trace of free fluids seen in inflammation reaction. 6. Rest of the report appears normal.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health. Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
