What Does Frequent Urination With Little Blood Discharge Mean?

For the past couple days, I've been needing to go to the bathroom a lot (every other hour). I noticed a little bit of bleeding, but I was also on my period, so I dismissed it. Now, it's still going on, and I'm at the end of my period (the blood looks different than menstrual blood). What is it ?

frequent urination with blood discharge while passing urine may be urinary tract infection or any abnormality( like kidney stone,obstruction) in the urinary tract pathway( right from kidney,bladder and urethra.)
blood discharge but not on urination may be your menstrual discharge at present.
associated symptoms should be ruled out like pain,irritation.
any infection in reproductive system( uterus and vagina) also have blood discharge.
kindly visit a gynecologist to fix your problem.
