Hello and welcome,

Please do not worry. If the sac is growing and you have symptoms then it may just be a delayed conception and the baby is not visible as it is scanned too early. So repeat the scan after 2 weeks for confirmation. If the baby is seen then, there is no need to worry at all. Meanwhile supplement with progesterone and HCG if possible to help prevent abortions.

Hope this satisfies your query.
