Hello and welcome to HCM,
The tears in the medial meniscus, lateral meniscus and cruciate ligaments is difficult to treat because the cartilages have poor blood supply.
Management consists of surgical correction of the ligaments.
However, results after surgery cannot be predicted.
Due to poor healing of the cartilages, how much time will be required for healing, when will the patient be able to walk, whether there will be any disability or not- all these factors cannot be predicted before the surgery.
However, the treatment will be surgical and more than one surgeries may be required.

Thanks and take care
