The uterus appears normal in size, shape and position measuring (57.2 x 91.9) mm in AP and longitudinal dimension. both adnexae are free and within normal limits bilaterally. The pouch of douglas is free of fluid collection.

hi there, anteverted means the position of the uterus is in the forward position and gravid means that it is in the pregnant state, with normal size and shape with the anteropostirior and longitudinal dimentions as mentioned. the report states that you are pregnant with normal sized and position of uterus there are no abnormal findings.
