What Does Headaches,heart Palpitations And Tachycardia With Dizziness Indicate?
I am having extremely bad headaches, I'm 20 and in pretty good health. I have had some heart palpitations in the last year and random tachycardia. I feel a lot of pressure in my head and sometimes the top feels like it's been hit really hard. I also get dizzy very often and have problem with eyesight specifically the right eye. I also have been continually nauseous for the past month now. Is this just migraines and stress or something I need to worry about?

All these issues at the age of 20 are a classic presentation of a psychiatric etiology most probably migraine and associated vertigo.seek neurologist and psychiatrist help. they will devise a plan for you what to do and what not to.
