What Does High Level Of Polymorphs And Low Lymphocyte Count In The Blood Mean?
My wife is suffering from frozen shoulder. Suddenly, 2-3 days ago, she woke up with with stiffness and pain in the shoulder. Doctor sent her for an MRI in which she was found to have some fluid in her shoulder. When that fluid was extracted, it showed to be a pus and doctor sent it off for testing. As well as blood test done at that time revealed high polymorphs and low lymphocyte count in the blood. What does this mean? What type of infection it may be?

I really appreciate your concern the increased polymorph indicates the presence of infection could be bacteria but this is nothing to worry with the proper antibiotic treatment this would come to normal soon hope this information helps have nice day.
