What Does Hypo Echoic Mass Measuring 4.5x3.6x3.6x3.4cms Indicate?

Hi Doctor, Patient age is 75 years, Female, and on MRI, found a hypoechoic mass measuring 4.5x3.6x3.6x3.4cms likely to be carcinoma cervix. and infiltrating the lower end of the right ureter. and doctors wants to go for biopsy and radiation theraphy. patient is suffering with lower stomach ache, white discharge from last few months. What we should we do? Please suggest.

1.Hypoechoic mass lesion is an ultrasound finding not MRI.
2.That means a mass arising from the patients cervix which is more hypo echoic means its mores of fluid based with solid component.
3.You have to undergo the biopsy, to find out what cells and get treated accordingly.
4.The symptoms mentioned are seen in this case with bleed in many cases.
5.You are being directed well, follow your treating doctor instructions.
