What Does Hypodensity Throughout The Right Globus Pallidus Consistent With Sub-acute/chronic Infarct Suggest?

What does this mean - hypodensity throughout the RIGHT globus pallidus with some extension into the caudate nucleus. This consistent with subacute/chronic infarct. There is no associated mass effect. 2. Marked diffuse cerebral atrophy and mild chronic white matter ischemic change. 3. Near complete opacification of the posterior most RIGHT ethmoid air cell.
