What Does Immature Follicles In The Test Report Suggest?

hai i went for tests in that i got like this
UTERUS: NORMAL IN SIZE AND ECHOPATTERN
NO E/O FOCAL LESIONS
ENDOMETRIUM: MEASURES 8MM
RIGHT OVARY: MULTIPLE SMALL IMMATURE FOLLICLES
S/O POLYCYSTIC OVARIES.
LEFT OVARY: MULTIPLE SMALL IMMATURE FOLLICLES
S/O POLYCYSTIC OVARIES.
URINARY BLADDER: DISTENDED, NORMAL.
BLADDER MUCOSA-NORMAL.
NO E/O CALCULI.
IMPRESSION: 1. POLOYCYSTIC OVARIES.
(FOR CLINICAL CORRELATION).

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest PCOD - poly cystic ovarian disease.
2.When both ovaries seen bulky with multiple follicles ( more than 8) peripherally arranged with central echo-genic storm - features of PCOD.
3.The symptoms are irregular periods, increased weight, unwanted hair growth ( facial hair).
4.As report says any symptoms are there clinically treatment will be given.
5.Treatment in this case os hormonal treatment. Good luck.
