What Does Incidental Notice Of Nabothian Cyst And Follicular Changes Mean?
Hi Dr.; I have a pelvic sonogram results that show anteverted uterus measuring 7.3 x3.0 x 4.4 cm. Incidental notice an 8 mm Nabothian cyst and a smaller 5 mm adjacent Nabothian cyst. The endometrial cavity is empty and the echo testure appears normal. The endometrial stipe measures 4 mm. The ovaries demonstrate normal size and echotexture. The right ovary measures 3.6 x 1.9 x2.7 cm; Right ovarian follicular cyst measuring 1.0 cm. The left ovary measures 2.5 x 1.0 x 2.0 cm. No adnexal masses. No evidence of free fluid at the posterior cul-de-sac. The final impression results: Normal pelvic sonogram with incidental of Nabothian cyst and follicular changes of the right ovary.
Is this something bad? Can I get normal pregnancy having an anteverted uterus? What are the problems of having nabothian cyst and a follicular cyst, if any?
