HIDA scan evaluates the hepatobiliary system. The gall bladder acts as a reservoir of bile. The ejection fraction of gall bladder suggests the pumping effectiveness of 89%, which is good. Since, you have persistent symptoms, it could be due to other reasons not related to gall bladder. The information is not sufficient as I would like to your symptoms, characteristics of symptoms, whether you are on any medications, your other health issues etc. Hence, you should consult your doctor again to rule out other causes.
