Hi- For the past week off and on I ve seen blood on the toilet paper. It s more when I poop, or bear down , but it s vaginal blood. I know because I put a tampon in yesterday. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Bleeding after 2 months of amenorrhea is likely to be post menopausal vaginal bleeding and it is not normal and needs to be evaluated by a gynecologist. It can be due to uterine fibroid, cervical polyp, thinning of vaginal and uterine lining or possibly malignancy (which needs to be excluded/diagnosed and treated earliest for better results.

Thanks.
