What does it mean to have an inflamed pancreas And colon my boyfriend is 24 , and had recently had colon cancer we were never told what stage how serious it was, or was not. within the week of us finding out he was in the hospital in surgery mind you, got a very nasty infection from his iv. It has been about 3 months now and he s is currently in the hospital for an inflamed colon and pancreas. Do you think that he wasn t fully free of cancer and it spread or did he even have It . Or is it even relevant I need answers . He wakes up around 4 am and dry heaves until vomiting for up to 3 hours. Has trouble having solid boul movements it s been constant for 3 weeks now .

wHETHER THE CANCER WAS COMPLETELY REMOVED OR NOT ONLY THE SURGEON WHO OPERATED HIM KNOWS IT. Even if the cancer is removed, the chemotherapy and even radiotherapy is needed in some cases for full cure which cause vomiting as a side effect.

The dr. Said he didn't need any chemotherapy and I felt as though we needed a diff opinion I feel like there hiding something serious because they havent told him anything he has a constant pain in his abdomen.
